awesome pickup !!
we'll need him with the loss of Bolden and Fisher..
only Dan WIlliams is a reliable DT for next year.. Langley hasnt done anything..
we need as much help as we can get !

Smart move for this kid no matter who the coach is. He's almost certain to be in the two deep if not a starter.

Nice pickup, even though he's not from Tennessee sounds more loyal than a lot of our "fans". Should help right away.

All our DT's and a couple DE's will be juco signees next year. Hollins, Herbert, Walls, Raines (DE), maybe Hall or Sykes. We haven't had much luck with Jucos, but a group like that may mesh well.

With these DT commits maybe we'll put Hall at DE, where i think he'll be a beast.

doesn't Monte's Tampa 2 require small DTs? If so Hollins could be a perfect fit here.

Kiffin has also convinced two formerly committed junior college prospects, Alcoa defensive end Rae Sykes and defensive tackle Jonathan Hollins from Baton Rouge, La., to re-sign with UT. Both did last week.

EDIT: IF we get a good recruiting class this year, by 2010 we won't need espn primetime to showcase what we have, the rest of the country will have already seen it.


But I hope by that game we will get to showcase a #1 recruiting class and a top 5 QB!

we wont be 5-7 in 2010 and it will be the first game of the year and probably the only game on so if someone wants to watch a game that would have to be the on to watch and after we kill whoever we play they will be like "damn tennessee has a hell of a football team".
