Duke losing by 21 at the half...

Excellent point. That's because they haven't beaten a currently ranked team. Minus Irving, this team is no better than last year's team, which had an extremely favorable tourney draw.

On the way out of NYC, Coach K probably went by the DA's office to plead for 12 counts of aggravated assault to be taken out on the St. John's b-ball team.

I wasn't surprised by this. It was kind of the "Perfect Storm". St John's had a lot of momentum coming into today. It continues to become increasingly obvious Duke needs Irving in order to stand out in the title race.

Just a question, but how did they have a lot of momentum? They just got waxed by 25 vs. Georgetown.

St. John's has been incredibly up and down. It seems they either dominate their opponent or get dominated. I agree that they didn't have any real momentum going into that game. TennesseeFan is probably referring to their success against other good teams this year as giving them confidence that they could beat Duke.

Hating Duke and loving watching them get destroyed is nearly as fun as hating Bama and watching them lose at football. People wouldn't hate and despise and loathe them as much if the announcers, refs, analysts, etc didn't have their nose up Duke's a** all the time.
