Because Lewis will be really good next year. He’s the starter. This guy will be a depth piece and his price will reflect that.I value your input.
This is why I complain. Take every RB I’ve mentioned and throw them out the window.
If he’s a better/more experienced Lewis, then why not just go get a “stud”?
If he’s coming in here and say beats out Lewis, what’s the difference in that and getting someone that’s actually really really good.
Meh, I don’t mind him but I would swing for the fences. Even with three guys you can sell everyone on getting to the league with thread on the tires on one of the best rushing teams in the country. Instead of depth pieces I’d rather have a bunch of elites that compete and make each other better. I know maybe that isn’t cheap though.Because Lewis will be really good next year. He’s the starter. Tennessee isn’t looking for a star (no pun intended) RB. Tennessee is looking for a solid depth piece at the right price.
Need a 1-year guy for depth that doesn’t cost much because we’re putting our eggs in the mystery WR + OL basket and now also need a CB to replace McCoy.Why are we going after this guy? Is this the best we can do at RB??? I mean really?

He does a good job receiving as well. On the season, 20 catches for 153 yards (7.7 avg), 1 TD, and long of 29. As a reference, Sampson had 20 catches, 143 yards (7.2 avg), 0 TDs, and a long of 21.Why are we going after this guy? Is this the best we can do at RB??? I mean really?

And you just increased the cost of every player in the RB room.Meh, I don’t mind him but I would swing for the fences. This has to change and it has to start w/ our ability to pass protect on the O line. Sampson was too good to be so underutilized in our pass game bc it was necessary for him to be used for pass pro .He does a good job receiving as well. That's where I am personally as wellI value your input.
