Duke Reports calls Tennessee the leader for hubbs

Crawford, Hubbs, Jw3, and Nichols seems very realistic and would be awesome.

Throw King into that mix and I'll probably shat myself.

Something about eggs and basket come to mind when recruiting comes to mind. Would be good "if" happens.

Martin has absolutely made these Memphis guys his priority and put just about all his eggs in the Memphis basket.

If crawford, king, hubbs, jw3 and Nichols go somewhere else it would be a huge letdown of a class. We need atleast 2 of those guys IMO.

If nothing else in 2 years Martin has shown he can find diamond in the rough guys. The only difference between this year and the first 2 recruiting classes is the man actually had enough time to have a Plan A. It's starting to look like a really good plan. If a couple of the wish list go elsewhere, I'm sure there is a decent plan B.

I don't know if it's proven yet he can find the diamond in the rough. Washpun didn't work out, Richardson was top 150, and yemi showed some promise, but isn't proven yet. As for this year, we don't know yet what Reese or Moore will do. So I'm not sure if it can be proven either way that he can find diamond in the rough guys.

I think there's definitely a plan B, Munson, foster etc etc, but it'd definitely be a letdown, and the questions about his recruitment would still remain.

Just the fact we are in the conversation for some of these top prospects gives me a lot of hope. I was skeptical when Zo had to settle for some of the kids in his first class, but he is showing some real promise. GO ZO!!!!!!!!!!

I guess only time will tell. I personally think Yemi and Richardson played better than most expected year 1. Edwards wasn't exactly highly sought after out of juco and he looks capable. Washpun was a disappointment, I think we all agree on that. I think Chievous, Reese and Moore all have the ability to contribute at some point. Though admittedly if CCM lands a huge class 1 or more of those guys will probably move on. So maybe diamond in the rough is overstating it. Maybe they are just Turquoise in the rough.

He's ours.

I won't be surprised if he commits in the next month.

First we get Tobias Harris, then Jarnell Stokes and now Hubbs. Wow, we are really starting to recruit against the traditional college power houses.

I wouldn't count hubbs yet, I feel good about him, but until that ink is dry anything can happen.

Auburn is going to play more of a role in this thing than people think. That will make the 2nd visit to Auburn and they got in on him early. Of course the program sucks but you grab a brand new arena, some upgraded facilities, plus a guy like Hubbs and it could do wonders for your fan support and the direction your program is moving in. I still think they need a new coach but we'll see.

Also, those quotes seem real interesting and makes me think that Duke isn't nearly as big of a factor as I thought they were. Funny how he "might" take a visit there but for sure Auburn and Tennessee. I'd love if we went 2-0 against the Dukies!!!

These guys are alright role players, but not athletes that are going to bring any hardware to UT. I see them as players that can come off the bench. The first couple classes are filled with players that I am hoping can be recruited over.

If Hubbs meant it when he said winning is very important to him he won't be going to auburn anytime soon.
