Be interesting to see where E-Williams fits in next year...I would imagine he backs up greg for majority of the season and assumes the role in the tourny....But, your right outside of Paulus Duke has no other pg...He really isnt that bad of a player, hes not a pure pg but we havent had once since Jason Williams and Bobby Hurley either.

Yeah, I can't wait for EMail to arrive next year. He's going to be awesome and be a key acquisition in this team making a final 4 run.

all depending on Gerald and Singler not leaving...I dont think they will....They should have a very deep team next season, but first they need a true post presence. Need another Sheldon Williams in order to signify this team as a National contender, right now they are playing the role as "pretender"

2 things. Even if Paulus plays "within himself" he could still easily cost us some games. He almost cost Duke the game the other night. He's horrible. There may not be a better option, but it will hurt Duke this season just like it did last year. Ever notice that Paulus is rarely the guy that pushes it up the court on fast breaks? Does it not bother you that during his junior and senior seasons Redick was a better penetrator than Paulus is right now? (here come the redick/penetration jokes)

Also VFM, real quality job. No good PG's since Williams and Hurley. The fact that there was about a 7 year window between their playing careers doesn't mean anything. I'd take Wojo over Paulus every day of the week. And obviously Capel was more that capable.

and.. for your info as well. No lens on a camera is better than a Carl Zeiss on a Sony. Only problem, Sony knows that and makes you pay a lot for them. If you don't want to spend that much, go for a Canon. Unless you're going to be making gigantic portraits, don't worry about megapixels as much as zoom quality. For simple sized portraits, 5 mp is fine because you can pay the same and get a lot better zoom quality.

vfm... don't know how much you're wanting to spend, but best buy has a great deal in their two day ad on a Canon SLR. It's fancier than the standard pocket sized digital cameras, but IMO, far worth it. Much better picture quality. 2 different lenses, the camera and a case for 700.00. Didn't research the actual model, but if someone got that for me this Christmas, I'd be very happy.

Thanks for the info, I actually bought that cannon today...Its a cannon rebel xr2 i think....Nice looking outfit, came with a bag, and a seperate lens....With a 4 year warranty including accidental drops I was able to get it all for 914, so I think I did pretty good...

On the pg comments, wojo was good pg but not a very good scorer, greg has a better perimeter jumper than steve did...but, nothing compared to the intensity that wojo brought to the capel....I really like Capel as well, who could forget his shot against Carolina either....

It keeps getting better! A thread consisting of 4 bandwagon fans, 1 of which that proved they were clueless about "their team" and its players (I'm talking about you, T-Rev), hardly constitutes a productive game thread.

But since you're such a fan, why not do us all a favor, and take up residency at a Duke forum? I'm sure it's crowded this time of year, but I'm sure they could make room for a big time fan like you.
