Duke's McRoberts enters NBA Draft

So, Hibbert is 6'10? Man, thanks for clearing that up.

Also, not dominating college big men for 2 years equals NBA success? McRoberts is far more over rated than Hansborough.
Point is that Hansbrough can only play in the paint with someone feeding him (tell me you didn't laugh at his face up game when he clanked about 5 jumpers off the backboard from head on) and if the defender is of comparable size, he can't score unless officials bail him out.

McRoberts has the ability to put the ball on the floor and create a shot, which he can't make today, but that can be overcome. Hansbrough's back to the basket game will not translate well to the NBA, given his size.

Finally, I'm not comparing overrated-ness, I'm just giving my opinion about their relative success in the NBA and I believe McRoberts has far more upside than does Hansbrough.

My sr. year in college(last yr) a guy on my bball team is from indiana and played w/ McRoberts with AAU and etc. He said McRoberts hated Duke. He said unless you live, breathe, sleep Duke basketball, then its not for you. I don't believe he was a fan of Coach K either

I talked to a huge Duke fan today and he said McRoberts was encouraged to take his attitude and leave.
that's the take i get as well. apparently the rest of his team mates don't particularly care for the lack of self accountablity.

i've watched him this year and it seems that every time he came away from the basket with out a bucket he was looking back at the ref in complete disbelief that a foul wasn't called.

and then he'd be, uh, let's say, "encouraging" his team mates when they weren't "pulling their weight".

i honestly could not stand this guy.
