Meh... I imagine their food is fresh and maybe better than ours in some instances. I lived in Liberia in Africa this summer and their chicken, rice, eggs, fruit, etc. was pretty darn good because it was more fresh.
I have the same opinion with produce found in markets in SE Asia, Thailand in particular. Some of the best tropical fruits in the world.

That sounds great man. I have been to some places in Central America but not Costa Rica.

Costa Rica might be the best place in Central America. Southern Mexico is pretty nice as well (kind of the opposite of Northern Mexico which might hold some of the worse places in LA).

"News" of a family of 11 emigrated to Russia to get away from the gay in Canada.

Their immigration did not go as promised by the Russian government. [insert Opposite of shocked emoji]

I can't blame them for leaving Quebec but they should have gone to Western Canada or USA. Less regulation with both and both are isolated.

Heck, you can go to states like Montana or the Dakotas and totally get off the grid and away from the US government or pop culture. I imagine places like Alberta or Saskatchewan are in the same boat.

I was fortunate enough to see Guatemala City nearly 20 years ago for humanitarian aid purposes. The nightlife in GC was something else. Met many great people during my stay. I am planning to take a trip to Southern Thailand next year just to get away from work for a few weeks.

With the exception of Britney Griner (who was really over there when war started to be fair), most of these dumb Americans have been reporters/members of the media.

Frankly, that should sum it up. OP might as well call it DUMB MEDIA.

Kind of a lesson for all the people on here who lap up everything the media says and don't think cognitive about real world issues.

The Great Tucker made it back safely to the US. Ole Pepperjax was worried the entire time.

That is true. He worked with the regime. Hate or love that regime (I don't think much of it), when you go to a nation, you are basically a guest so you are under THEIR rules. I behave that way when I travel overseas.

I was singling out Americans who keep going over there in the light of what Putinland does when Americans visit. This gal is just the latest to go in spite of Putinan proven policy. Long live Pu-Pu!
You're right on the first part. The State Department was warning people very clearly long before the war started to stay away from Russia. They spelled out 'you run the risk of being framed'. Some people just don't listen.

1) She entered Russia by way of a flight from Istanbul, Turkey.

2) She is a dual citizen of Russia and the United States. She just became a citizen of the United States in 2021. She was born and raised in Russia.

3) She was visiting her family, which includes a 90 year old grandmother.

4) She has been charged with treason, because she donated $51.80 to a Ukrainian charity that is based in the United States.

Not exactly the same set of circumstances as Britney Griner.

Yeah, BG's crimes were much more offensive.

What a heartfelt feeling you have towards other Americans. Stay classy wood douche!
1. Americans are no more perfect than anybody else we share this planet with.
2. Some of us (Americans) aren't very smart, no society has 100% geniuses.
3. If we're so smart, why are we killing each other almost on a daily basis?
4. If you can't admit the truth about yourself or your group, you can't admit the truth about anything. MAGAs are living proof of that.
5. If you sugarcoat shet, it will still taste like shet if you eat it.

Now, if you really want to get into it, here's proof. Thpugh my own take on this is it isn't limited to Americans. Just the same:

When it comes to discriminative politics, rigid religiousness, and arrogant ethnocentrism, people, American or otherwise are dumb by choice.
So yes, like it or not, Americans are dumb. Now, remember, I'm American, but one with the guts to tell the truth.

Look, I know you're gay, but I will not participate in your sick desire to sample my bodily fluids. Steer clear of me and get your cream from someone else. Mine does into my wife, not your mouth.
First time you have posted anything remotely funny.

I can't even guess what that tastes like like. Looks like a plum with cauliflower growing in it.

Rambutan is kinda similar to a grape without the skin, and it looks like a strawberry, but you're high on mushrooms.
Purple shell is not edible..well, you wouldn't want to eat it. White fruit inside is great.
