If Seabass makes a cameo I will casually stand up walk out of the theater. It wouldn't get any better. Wine'em dine'em 69'em

JC sticking his ass out at the bar while swinging his arm back and forth is classic.

And, here, take a pair of mine, I double gloved.

The best line* in the movie is when he's choking Lloyd, and Lloyd says, "Harry! Your hands are freezing!"

*maybe because it's the least quoted

Maybe most overrated comedy of all time. I like it, but I can watch it all the way through without laughing since it's been quoted ad nauseum. Kind of the same way I feel about Anchorman, though I liked Anchorman more.

Farrelly Brothers are big time hit and miss, IMO.

Can someone dig up the fail dozer? Please?

I didn't know this. This has made my day 10x better!

Feida told me the whole sleazy story, Mr. French Tickler.

Jim Carrey bows out of

Jim Carrey just pulled out of the sequel of "Dumb and Dumber" just a few months after the project was announced. The reason: Carrey became progressively more frustrated with New Line and Warner Brothers' apparent lack of enthusiasm for the project (according to ETOnline sources).
UPDATE (6 p.m. PST): Sources close to the project tell Yahoo! Movies the film will not be made without Carrey.

Am I the only one that's glad this happend? The first one was too good. Just leave it alone. I wish they would do the same with Anchorman and Step Brothers. I really don't know how they will make Step Brothers 2 work anyway. Anchorman seems like it would be easier to make a new story about , but I still wish they would leave it alone.

I hope someone does. I'm really shocked that really stupid movies keep getting made and the studios are shocked they don't do well. There is a pretty big disconnect between the studios and the audience.

Is there? Or are people like you and I disconnected from the movie-going audiences? Movies with dark humor or complexity don't tend to draw the audiences. Simple-to-digest comedies like Grownups ($270M) are what sell. People that love Grown-Ups probably don't tend to ***** about movies on the internet like Coen bros fans would so we aren't exposed to them, though their numbers are great.

You're probably right to some extent, but if you look at IMDB ratings, Step Brothers, Scary Movie, any Adam Sandler movie, etc all have really awful ratings. But honestly, maybe the people that enjoy these movies don't know how to use the internet.

Movie snobs often fail to recognize good humor in of itself. If it doesn't feature compelling writing or ground breaking filmography, they will crap on it.

I hesitantly call myself a movie snob, but I'm really forgiving to comedies and cut-throat when it comes to drama and action/adventure.

I swear, if this is in reference to Grown Ups 2...
