I am parcial to Blair but who do you think is better? I can see both doing well in the NBA!

Black Griffen? Nice racial profiling. He's only half black though...

But ya I'd take Griffin in a heartbeat. Blairs great, Griffin's better

I'd take Dejuan Blair in college and Blake Griffin in the pros. Griffin's athleticism and size is tough to beat. Also I think Blair will make it in the pros with his rebounding ability amd strength.

Blair is a solid college player, but his style of play (basically beating up everybody) will not work at all in the NBA. Blake Griffin is the much more polished player. Better scorer. Better ball handling. Better passer. More athletic. The only thing Blair is close to Griffin in is rebounding and that's because he monsters his way through the other team. Griffin is hands down the better player and NBA scouts are creaming their pants over him from what I've heard.

Watching Blair in the tournament it never ceased to amaze me how he would get away with pushing people under the basket when the ball went off the rim...

The ball goes off the rim, Blair pushes off on the player boxing him out, forcing him out of position giving Blair the easy rebound...

ummm...that's illegal...even Hanbrough gets called for doing that

To answer the question...it's not even close...Griffin in a landslide

The obvious answer is Griffin. Saying that, I have a mancrush on Blair.

I'm with you there... He was my favorite player to watch this year, especially the way he manhandled Thabeet at UCONN (including tossing him over his shoulders) when everybody was hyping Thabeet up after he went for 20 and 20 a couple games before.

Blair, similar to Hansbrough, is a product of the lack of big man talent at the NCAA level. He's a remake of Mel Turpin with less touch.
