I think in the beginning most people were against the hire then he started with his dumbass slogans and peoples eyes glazed over and they fell in love. The talent level is not great but it is still better than vandy, this moron gets outcoached weekly

I defended him out of pure hope.

Because I knew that the UT admin would sell out to the first coach to say yes. Because we needed him to be successful so that we didn't go through another rebuild

I see Jones making similar game mistakes as Dooley. Jones right now is just a better recruiter

Possible 6-6 for 2014. Will UGA or the Gators be any better next season? How about South Carolina?
Only gimme's are:Arkansas St, Chattanooga and Kentucky. That's half of the 6. If we can beat UGA or the Gators that's an advantage! Believe Ole Miss, Bama and OU are the toughest games.

To those calling for coaching changes: have none of you learned your lesson yet? It's unbelievable how people make the same mistake over and over and over. Putting heat on a coach when he has been in town for less than a year is idiotic and reckless... counterproductive at best.

The only coaches that succeed in thier first year are the ones left with a gold mine when thier predacessor left for a better job. That is obviously not the case here.

A few players can make all the difference, for instance, if Hurd is an instant impact, and he has a decent offensive line, he could be the difference in getting 8 or 9 wins. On defense, a player like Maggit could impact the entire defense too. Without two impact players on both sides of the ball they could lose six or seven again.

Well Georgia is losing Murray and he will be extremely difficult to replace. Shaw and Clowney will be gone from SC. Who knows about UF. I think we have a good shot at beating them if our QB play improves.

gonna lose some because we can't take them all but won't lose them because of the season. we will send them away..

hopefully 6 wins,it would be nice to go to a bowl game,but who knows with the players leaving and freshmen looking to be starters and no depth at much of anywhere
