Edit. Every model showed it weaking. It’s looking like it may not happen. Totals should
go up.

Is there a blanket of warm air trapped in the Tennessee river valley between Chattanooga and Knoxville sufficient reduce the snowfall to 1" or less? Can that happen?

Model showed it weaking is has a little
but not as they predicted. No warm air is trapped just where the sun came out. It’s having a hard time getting into the valley but it will. Hopefully the second band forms soon.

Starting to fill in more to the East just South of Chattanooga as it moves NE. The bands in it still look good. The sun hurt us on temps this morning but hopefully help with the moisture.

I think that graphic was posted yesterday, because quite a bit of those areas out west got way more snow than Robert is showing.
