Uh, Dustin Craig is going to Air Force. That's a D1 school.

And just a maybe for Parker? He already has like 11 D1 offers. Especially since Kansas is supposedly showing interest in him now.

A little off topic, but at the Carter-Fulton game tonight there was a vol assistant looking at Jalen Steele from Fulton. Didn't recognize who it was looking at him, but I don't know many of the recruiting guys. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

This was an exciting game to watch. Bearden came out gunning and gave Oak Hill their best shot. However, it seemed that Oak Hill was real lazy. Don't get me wrong, Bearden has good athletes, but they don't have nearly as many as Oak Hill. This game should have been a 20+ game, but it wasn't. Bearden never gave up.

Also, this had to be one of the worst officiated games I have ever seen. I know the foul count was probably 15-4 in the first half in Oak Hill's favor but I can remember at least 6 or 7 times throughout the game that an Oak Hill player would drive to the basket and get fouled at least twice and they wouldn't blow the whistle. To be fair, Oak Hill reached a lot in the 4th quarter and it wasn't called either, but it just seemed like it happened to Oak Hill a lo more.

Bearden is good no doubt about that. They are a good ball handler away from being extremely good. The 5 in 5 out deal probably cost them a shot at the end. Bearden's coach must be trying to keep all the parents happy so he can keep that talent rolling in.

I posted this in the HS forum, but thought I'd post it here too.

Dude, that game was probably the best live sporting event I've ever been to. The crowd, the atmosphere, the teams. It had it all. There was so much trash talking between the Bearden and Oak Hill players, and even the Bearden fans got in on it. One Oak Hill player fell towards the baseline, and some dude from Bearden air-humped him. I loved it. #5 from Oak Hill is a little (insert word meaning female dog here). All he did was talk the whole game.

Standing room only the whole game. Even the JV game was packed, and people were excited. There's no way the Oak Hill's JV team could be that bad. Bearden won that JV game 72-50. Oak Hill has one small JV team.

Love to watch games at Bearden. They have the best fans in all of Knoxville.

They were sold out when we got there, but we managed to get a few tickets.

I could go on forever, but you just had to be there. The intensity was unmatched in any HS game I've ever seen.

Might go to Bearden/AE on Tuesday.

About oak hills JV, Oak Hill has 3 teams a varsity A and B and then the JV so it was probably the kids that pay to go there

Lester Wilson will be better than Jalen.

I dont know about that. I dont think its bad but I dont see anything special about it.

It's not exactly the gym, but the fans that reside in that gym that I'm fond of. I mean, I like the setup and everything in the gym, but it's the fans that make the gym.

I agree. Jalen had a lot of trouble creating his own shot. I also think he is a little bit too small.

I've played multiple times against both, in fact I play Jalen tonight, and Lester can do anything he wants when he is on. Hit from three, 14-17 foot jumpers, dunk, etc. I haven't seen Jalen take over a game like Wilson has. However, Jalen is still a really good player.

Bearden played the J.V. team, didn't they?

I watched Liberty Tech play the gold team a few years ago with Brandon Jennings running point for Oak Hill, it got ugly.
