:lolabove:This is a video that a friend of mine took at the end of the game. This guy has been a long believer that UT has been under a curse. So much that he was standing outside the house to watch the last kick, and now he believes that curse is over. Great Reaction!

See, I like this guy. It epitomizes the difference between us and bammer fans. When we get a big win, we do that. When they get a big win, they go out and get their 5th DUI (but they claim 8).

I wanna have a beer with that dude. Seems like a cool guy, and no doubt a true VFL.

I have saw the man in the video, Mac take losses so hard for the past 5 years and he was so happy Saturday. We gather every Saturday and we, as have all of UT fans sat through many agonizing endings (LSU, North Carolina, and Georgia just to name a few recents). I agree the funniest part, but also the most understandable, is him looking for a flag and then realizing the joy that there is not one!

As for the flag - I thought for sure they were going to end the game on a 3 second runoff - that spike was soooooooooo close - I even thought the icing the kicker TO was to review the clock

I believe the rule doesn't apply with a running clock.

I did the EXACT same thing in 98 when we beat Florida, I was still in highschool at the time and my parents had a big power T flag out front. Soon as ole boy missed that kick I shot out the door grabbed that flag and sprinted up the street doing my best Mel Gibson in "The Patriot" impression. Last Saturday was pretty damn close to that feeling.

Great Video. I felt the same way but didn't want the Carolina fans that traveled with me to the game to get the satisfaction of thinking that beating them was anything special... tried to hold back my emotions, but the tears were welling up.

Just have trouble giving Gamecocks any credit for being any good....But, in reality, IT WAS SWEET!!

My wife thought I was crazy when she saw my eyes getting watery for a split second. Was just to damn happy for these players.

Now if we beat bama, my whole damn neighborhood will know it.

I held it together pretty good until they showed the replay of Butch watching it and just sitting there soaking up the moment...you could see the pride on his face.

I was in the stadium and the first thing I looked for was a flag on the play. Don't know what one would have been called for, but with our luck as of late I can't have been the only one.
