Kiffin says it's not him and that he has no knowledge of the matter and that he cannot control Orgeron. Kiffin is reminded in blunt, if not explicit, terms that he's the one who hired Orgeron.

Within minutes, Orgeron's university-supplied cell phone is shut off

Ambles said he is going to wait a couple days for the reports to come in. But he will be looking around. Even added he might end up at USC.

It is a dead period for the Coaches to initiate contact but if a recruit or their dad calls a coach they can chat.My question is did CEO call "preemptively" and if so I think you are correct about the violation.
FYII believe Willis is now a UNC Tarhole from one of the kids I used to coach who is at UNC now.

The odd thing is USC had their own recruiting going. All he needed to do was step in and solidify the guys who were already commited to USC. the ink wasnt even dry on Pete Carrols contract and kiffen was hired. It was pretty seemless. They didnt need to lose anyone.
