Why be patient? What is there to be patient about? Does this have to do with finding out if Kamara is going to come back? If we get a recruit we really need? We have 8 more months...so yes I can be patient as I have every year. in the meantime, I will read articles, watch replays, and follow spring and fall practice.

I think people have been patient since HW been the HC and its getting worse every year. Holly was in over her head from day 1.
So in other words, be patient until Holly tries to figure out how to coach.

Several women's basketball announcers have talked about it being a mystery how Tennessee could have top 3 talent but have a difficult time winning. This includes Kara Lawson. We can talk bad about the announcers and call Kara a traitor, if that makes us feel good, but there are issues which should be in the process of being corrected. I am not surprise to hear one of Holly's coaches show support. She does work for Holly, if Holly goes she more than likely goes with her.

So the question is how long should we wait for this to all come together? Are we close to making it work? Should we wait until next year when Graves will be gone and we have zero recruits? It is a lot easier to wait and be patient when you can see the visibility of hope.

kyra Elzy ain't fooling nobody. The only reason why she wants us to be patient is so she can cash another big paycheck.

I've watched three games this season. I saw a team that looked confused and showed little effort at key times. So how long should I be patient? A third of the season is almost over already.

stop playing Reynolds, start playing Middleton more, she has just gone backwards in 3 years, at least Middleton can pass. I believe she is the only one that uses a bounce pass ever.. Someone tell the girls no one shots until Graves touches the ball, and I don't care if it is at mid court. Tell Dunbar, it is okay to shoot inside the three point line. Please teach Reynolds and Cooper to play D. Merecedes needs to catch the ball, she is so close to being a good player, but her hands and lack of aggressive nature has to go. I will sat Holly hasn't done a great job coaching this set ( I won't call them a group or team) of players, but they are frustrating to watch, seems like none of them wants to stay on the same page, I give them a lot of fault, and the last two losses

I have been patient but how many times must I hear that we quick shoot the basketball, don't follow the game plan, and don't play defense.
The point being time to put up or shut up.

Here in lies the problem Coach Elzy..."I would just tell the fans to stay patient," she said. "We will get back on track. We have a lot of talent. It’s just a matter of clicking at the right time, getting everyone playing at a high level at the same time." I don't think your coaching staff knows when everyone is playing at a high level.

With all due respect to Kyra, I must say mustering patience is quite a challenge right now because everything about being a LV fan seems to be equally divided between miserable and horrible. This is new for us.

In terms of talent to work with, Holly has been dealt a hand full of very good cards. She simply isn't playing the hand very skillfully. This leads me to ponder how well she will play the not so good hand coming soon because of less than stellar recruiting. Contemplating all this makes the words "irrelevance" and "obscurity" pop into my head.

Fact is, LV fans have never been conditioned for this kind of stuff, so how can we be asked or even expected to be patient in the face of a glaringly apparent program nose dive? :cray:
