This game isn’t all on the coaches, our players didn’t play very well on either side of the ball. 2 turnovers when we were on the verge of scoring. We got outworked, outplayed and out coached today. But I still have confidence that Heupel will get it fixed. But no doubt we can’t be making undisciplined penalties and have turnovers around the redzone. This league is too good for that. I do agree the 4 man rush was not enough and we were way to slow to get out of it. And I hate how we spend so much time looking to the sidelines before the play on offense and defense. Sometimes the ball get snapped when we are on defense and we have players not even looking at the offensive player they are looking at the sideline or one of our players. We have to get the confusion fixed! GBO

If there isn't fundamental changes made to this team and this trend continues next year with nico at the helm I could def see people start coming for CJH's head he wont get canned but his seat will start getting hot.

My concern is the teams in the SEC, including Texas and Oklahoma, that have real defensive coordinators and real defenses simply come raid our offensive talent, including Nico, with the calling card that you don't want to paly for Heupel, you'll have to score 35 points a night just to be in an SEC conference game,

Next years schedule is brutal, at okla and georgia with florida and alabama at home, Unless Nico is Heisman level next year we might be in for another mid season.

29 point loss. No excuses. We were exposed. Our coach had zero answers. Our players were soft. Not a single good thing to note about this game. Maybe we should be thankful for the f’n Music City Bowl.

This is my biggest concern. Losing is one thing. To be soft and not put up a fight is a big red flag to me. I didn't expect a win, but to come out in the second half and play like they did speaks volumes.

One of the things is this team is undisciplined we need a 3rd party to come in and evaluate why we are the most penalized team in the SEC. What can we do to change that. Do they need to go over film of penalties and show guys why they are called for holding that other teams get away with. We are doing something wrong in regard to that because it keeps happening. We need someone to come in and teach guys what you can get away with and when and where and what time in the play. I mean you see holding on about every play so there should be a rhyme to the reason we are getting caught more than normal. Just frustrating every drive ends up with a 1st 20 and constantly behind the chains which is a recipe for a loss.
