ok so she's sued the nashville hotel, already jailed the guy who did it (and sued him again I believe), i believe she either then sued the whole Raddison and Marriott hotel chains or several of the other hotels she was at (or both), and now she's suing ohio state

...geez, who's next?

This guy??

I bet it is photoshopped but funny nonetheless.... If it IS real I'd like to see the photo done two seconds later after EA kicks the guy in the cods....

She needs to sue the exact person that actually video taped it. Sounds like she's a gold digger going after everyone and their dog.

"Andrews claims Barrett called the hotels and they confirmed to him that she intended to register and revealed her room number."

If she intended to register then she did not register yet, so how did she get a room number? No law about telling someone what someone else intends to do before they actually make it final. The all ESPN media stay a same place close to game anyway, the same place every year. Not hard to figure out if she is doing an OSU game then she's at the on campus hotel!

This could be what is known as a reservation. You call ahead of time, reserve a room, make a deposit or payment (with a credit card) and when you show up you actually register at the hotel...

Also, I'm NOT a lawyer but I think you may be wrong about giving out what probably would be considered 'private' information about an actual/potential client over the phone. It normally gets an employee fired and probably would give the hotel problems in court.
