Was the radio show in Georgia? If so thatwould certainly skew his numbers. Him playing a homer to a radio audience in a Georgia would certainly help his numbers on a local broadcast but does not ensure success on the " worldwide leader in sports" I am sure Tee Martin would do great with a radio show in Tennessee because he is a UT legend but, not sure that would qualify him as a ESPN analyst. Off course you could probably dig up Bear Bryant, stick him between Fowler and Herbstreit and all the gumps in Bama would trade their rabbit ear antennas for a purdy new satellite dish. Just saying.Look at the Pollack threads. The majority of the posts says how terrible he is because he picked UGA over Boise. I'm not saying the guy is the best analyst in the business, but ESPN is willing to pay the man. Let the man do his thing and earn his money.
Pollack also was part of an afternoon radio show that was doing very well until ESPN came and snatched him up fulltime.
