Barton is a career 40+% shooter, however that doesn't mean we want him taking 10 a game. McRae's strength is getting to the paint, our team strength is down low, and Barton is such a good shooter partially because he takes good shots. The ball should be going inside to our bigs or Jordy driving and if a kick out is then open ok, but we shouldn't be a 3 point shot first type of team without the ball ever going inside.

That'll be a nice change of pace. I hate it when we settle for 3 point shots.

Not the Memphis Grizzlies.

Not saying it's right or wrong because even Memphis people were surprised. But, you have to look at the criteria that ESPN the Magazine used to create that list.

Basically, the small markets were favored because that list favors value and entertainment. Because they played so well last year, the value for the money was very good. All you have to see is that the Packers and Spurs were the past number ones.

It's not a list of the "best franchise."

I actually thought we might show up between 15 and 20 preseason, but I think more attention is being paid to how last season ended than to the promise of this year's roster. Looks like we're gonna have to prove it on the floor.

Could be a blessing. No need to give them something to be over confident about. A little snubbing goes a long way.
