The Bama game ending coverage was the best I have
ever seen in my life and I have watched a lot of football
during my 78 years.
The over-head shots from the blimp shoeing the lights and
fireworks going off were “ poster material “.
It was the most positive national attention we have received
in many years.

Our amazing GameDay crowds topped all their expectations. They came to Knoxville twice because they wanted to see us lose but, our fans showed them and showed them the highway outta Ktown.

I will take this award. The fans and students earned it and let's face it, a lot of Americans watching our home games were simply blown away. ESPN hates us but, they gave us sooo much FREE publicity in a year that we turned the tables on them. All that press gonna help us in the future w recruiting and being recognized as the most ravenous and hungry fan base in the USA.

Go Vols and Go Student Section!

AMEN!

"Scared" one Bama player so much, he pushed one of our female students.

Reminds me of the old Hank Willams Jr song..

I'd love to spit some Beech-Nut in that dude's eyes
'Cause a country boy can survive, country folks can survive

To me, this is SUPER DUH! We have always had the best fans. Even when we were losing so much, we still had great fans. The fact is ESPN could not ignore it this year. Even Herby Street said this was the most awesome place Gameday "ever" visited. NOW!
