ESPN: Saban hosts Manning (and Bronco Coaches)

Man....don't even try to compare the two schedules. They are not even in the same ballpark...but whatever

UT's schedule is always going to rank tougher than Bama's until UT starts winning more games.

A bammer fan on a Volnation thread and you tell a volunteer to STFU! Your mama should have raised you better than that. Oh wait, you are from bama, excuse me!

Nope. From Nashville. Maybe that's why I'm good at recognizing idiocy.

Got anymore clever insights, or is your clip empty?

Yeah I whine about Vols tough schedule....but not nearly as much as Bama fans Whine after losing two(2)...mean(2) games with the talent/coaching/ PANSY SCHEDULE they have. Get real..troll on

As for fans from the quarterback's alma mater who might be upset that he met with a rival coach from another SEC team, Manning said he still bleeds orange.

"Obviously, I have been to Tennessee doing the same thing for the past 16 years. I'll do that, going to make it 17 years in a row, going back to Knoxville. Hopefully that covers me as far as being loyal to my university," Manning said. "Most of the other places, I go just one time. So I've got 17 years at one place, so I think it's pretty clear where my loyalties lie.

"The projects I did this year were to help the Denver Broncos and to help me. That still is what my job is, to make myself a better player."
Manning's appetite for improvement is what led to his trip this offseason to Alabama. He also visited Oklahoma and Oklahoma State."

oh no,he's helping OU too...6 months before we play them...Butch is screwed...and what if we play OSU in a bowl....damn you Peyton...(very heavy sarcasm)

It's sad that he felt compelled to have to explain that.

OK now I understand, your limited vocabulary tells me you are an individual that divorced his sister at age 15 and moved from Tuscaloosa to Nashville to get out of paying child support.

You're really stupid, BUT you're really unoriginal.

Bama Qb's should've listened to Peyton...43% completions,2TD,4Int's, and 7 sacks in their spring game...

That's actually fewer interceptions than last year's spring game. Bama's passing offense rarely plays well in that game. That said, Sims looked like crap.

To all of those complaining about our schedule it would change if we were better. Us sucking makes Bama's, UGA's, USCe's and UF's schedule weaker. We had tough schedules when we were good and it didn't matter as much then. I will be glad when those teams are complaining about playing us.

You mean like back when Phil Fulmer was coach. Getting rid of him work out really well so far.

That whole deal has been a fiasco. Those holding anger at Peyton for not going to the Titans is what bothers me. Does anyone remember that Archie worked for Bud Adams as well? I doubt he wanted to play for him either.

Again I don't dislike Manning. I just don't worship him like you bandwagon Bronco fans. What team are you guys going to support when he retires?

Greatest Coach? Are you kidding? General Neyland and Bryant are both above Sabear!!!

Neyland was the best, but I would rank Saban over Bryant. Saban is the best overall in the game, and Peyton needs to come over there for a visit. I mean, come on - the guy is a total bag of pig vomit, but he is clearly head and shoulders above most of the coaches in the country.

I agree with you. Some of these goofs act like he's the only guy that ever played at UT. Probably because of his lily white, aw shucks demeanor. Unfortunately, his team is not serious about becoming a defensive powerhouse. Seattle and San Fran are both going to take turns winning the next 6 SBs.
