Mizzou, Tennessee, Florida and Kentucky. I agree that the schedule will influence somewhat how that order is ultimately decided. I really like the Tennessee group. I have family who are Vols Alumns. ( I am a graduate of Mizzou and UGA (hold that against me I guess)).

On Frank Haith, I was one of the majority of Mizzou fans that were like WTF!!! when he was hired. He did an amazing job his first year (not accounting for the depressing ending). We were ripe for a loss against a team that matched up with us, a la kansas state. I am looking forward to seeing a game at the TBA, since I never had a reason to go there as a Mizzou undergrad, or a reason as a UGA student.

Welcome to the SEC, you should definitely try to catch a game in Knoxville, both football and basketball.

I agree, I am a hardcore football fan, but I love basketball. From my experience, (dealing with kansas fans and Auburn fans, it usually means they suck at 1 or the other. Auburn at Basketball, and kansas (do they play football).

I know we may not be elite in either, but we can compete, and we are looking up, especially since we moved to the SEC, there has been a big wave of support for our teams. I tell most of my Mizzou friends, it will only get crazier when games start. No matter what you read about us, we are very excited in all sports. Football, (obvious SEC rules), baseball (SEC best), Softball (SEC best), basketball, getting better.

Regardless of whether or not you like him, it is likely that he forgot more about college basketball than everyone in this forum knows combined.

Gottlieb is definitely one of those "I know more than you" type annoying pests, but he usually knows his stuff.

Yeah your right about that, I know that he knows what he is talking about. I just can't stand the man, if he wasn't such a Big 12 homer then maybe it wouldn't be as bad. However it is his job to know everything there is to know about college basketball.

He is a big 12 homer, but don't let that fool you, he was not a fan of Mizzou by any means.

Yeah he's a Okie State guy. I know he played at the college level (which I haven't) and he has knowledge of the game and players that part I respect, I guess you could say I don't respect him as a person. Just comes off as a spoiled rich kid that thinks he's better then people. I don't know him so I could be totally wrong, just my perception of him by hearing him talk on the radio and watching him on TV.

I'm surprised he has UT at 3. He hasn't showed the Vols much love in the past, even when we were number 1 a few seasons back he kinda acted like we didn't belong there.
