Even I am done with Dooley!

The only thing that bothers me about the OP post is you say you cannot believe you are saying you are against Dooley...WTH? If you are getting off the Dooley fan club now, I question if you are a Vol fan...really. What true vol fan would have been supporting Dooley now? It is okay to root for the Vols and want the coach fired, you know that right?

No need to question me about being a Vol fan...I have been for over 40 years, through thick AND thin..Supporting CDD up until now doesn't lessen that in the slightest..I chose to remain optimistic, which true fans usually do..As far as rooting for UT and wanting the coach fired?? Well that feeling began right at halftime of this Missouri loss....:salute:

I supported Dooley from the day he took the job but I lost 100% faith in the guy last year during the KY game. I was going to give him a pass until then---this year is just more evidence he has to go.

The only thing I can say is if you had been paying attention for the last year and a half, today should not have been such a surprise for you.

IMO Surprise is a poor choice of words, since I never indicated I was and I have indeed paid close attention for MORE than a year and a half..I remained optimistic, which does not mean my expectations were any more or less than what this season has turned into....

Saturday we suffered the pain of bring forth a new era in Vol Football history. Gone and soon forgotten , The Dooley Era ( aka the bamboo watering - how many guys can we play on a kicking down?- its everyone else fault but mine- watch this clever new hire from Bama pick things up- how about them orange pants- the only one who can stop our offense is me- tragic-comedy is OVER. Happy days are here again. It can only get better from here. Praise the Lord.

I am the most positive Vol fan you'll ever meet..But yes, time for Dooley to GO!!!..And even I can't believe I'm sayin' that..

The loss today(and the WAY UT lost) was the very last straw for me!! I refuse to pull against UT but I sure as hell have lost my enthusiasm!!!

Some people are slow learners. That's ok though. Better late than never.

We knew we had the players. We assumed we had the coaching. It was reasonable enough. We didn't have the players the last two years to know any better. Now we do, and we can see clearly enough the Dooley is in over his head. Best of luck to him... we must move on.

I wish him the best of luck too, but he was given control of a top program too soon. He needs to go to a lower program and work his way up.
