What makes you think they are so talented? The local, biased media? There is no evidence that Stokes is great. Maymon can't shoot. Our guards can't shoot. McRae is the only decent player. Cuonzo can't get out there and make baskets. This team isn't underachieving. They are achieving exactly what I expected them to achieve: nothing. So I ask you again, what makes them so talented?

I could care less what the local media say. Stokes is extremely good. Free throws and mid range game is night and day difference from last year. He completely dominates the paint. Maymon is no where near the player he was but still plays hard and crashes the boards. Jordan can score from anywhere and at will. Richardson is a lock down defender, doesn't play nervous and has a sick jumper when he gets in the paint...we struggle with depth but when they are on, they are tough.

And no evidence? Seriously? Lol. He has some of the best hands any big man's had. His game might not translate to the NBA because of his size and lack of ability to go 15 and beyond and be consistent but he's a solid player that would play on anyone's team. You can tell he has a high basketball IQ and strong work ethic because he continues to get better.

This season has worn on a lot of us. This should be a 20 win team right now, fighting for a better seed. Not trying to win out to get off the bubble. Optimism wanes after losing games you should win, and looking sloppy as hell in most of the ones you do. Hard to get real excited about that...

Even if they do win out, no guarantee they get in. Lose first round in the SEC tournament and i'd say it's NIT time again. No one will get excited about that..
