I got tired of drawing "normal" and when I was in Cali, there was a street artist that drew this way. I liked the dramatic effect so I picked it up. I also draw the person and the backdrop separate, then glue the person to it. It gives a slight 3-d look to it. People either like that style or think it looks weird.

Edit: I draw a lot of horror stuff, so I also only do certain things in color.

Very inventive film making, yet just no. Did not like it.

I may have to wait until some people post who have not seen the orginal to be able to be more objective about this film.

The orginals where horror comedy, this is more straight horror. No comparison

I liked the movie. The main chick did a great job acting wise..which is a surprise for an Evil Dead movie. The only problem I had with it was when the girl started the chainsaw..really?..a chick starting a chainsaw? She didn't even prime it..

This movie and Cabin in the Woods ranks right up there as the greatest horror movies since Alien.

I saw this movie not knowing what it was about. I figured it was some run of the mill zombie movie. Very intense and I really enjoyed it. It took me a few minutes to resolve after it ended.

Going to watch Evil Dead tonight. Going to try my best to enjoy it for what it is, and not try and compare it to the original.

I never saw the original. I didn't even know what the movie was about. I had just heard the original wasn't very good.

This new movie is solid.

Whoever told you the original wasn't good should be slapped in the mouth.....twice. :)

I'm a big Raimi fan, and always wondered what he could have done with a decent budget on the original. It was literally made for what a car costs, albeit a very nice car. I'm sure I'll enjoy the new one.

Bad Jerry, you need to watch Bellflower and tell me what you think. It's a dark drama. On Netflix streaming.
