Possibly headed to Ole Miss.... looks like we might end up playing him after all.... just not in a green colored jersey.

he's going to have to sit out this season won't he?

So unless UT and OleMiss end up in the SEC Championship game in 2011 or 2012, then he's not going to be seen against the Vols

No, I don't believe he will have to sit a year

I read once that he had already graduated from Oregon and was eligible for graduate studies. I'm not sure if it was true however.

Yes, that's why he is able to play right away. Just like the basketball transfer UT just got from UNC-Wilmington.

But Ole Miss was reportedly not interested due to not wanting any more "risky" high profile athletes. So he has a good chance of ending up somewhere else.

LOL @ Ole Miss. If I had to predict an SEC school where this kind of a kid would end up it would be there. They will take anything that can play football whether you are a criminal, cant read or write...doesn't matter. They'll have a scholarship for you.

Reaching for a guy that has two criminal charges against him in 3 months or so and one year of eligibility is something Tennessee hasn't done.

Just saying.

I just don't like playing the moral high ground card, given Tennessee's many issues over the last several years with fights, DUI's, guns, pot, etc.

I'm not playing the moral high ground, I'm playing the "Ole Miss is desperate to be relevant" card.
