I believe we need another this year, if Bray decided to leave or next year, geez Nance could decide to leave, what options do we have left, 1 quality backup in Worley, and some unknown, unproven LA Tech transfer, we need another.
No way in hell you take another QB in this class unless it is some unforseen elite 5* type guy that comes out of heaven.
Tennessee has so many needs across the board that you dont take another QB in this class just in case Nance gets swine flu or Bray gets swept up in a tornado.
If Bray can't beat out Simms by next year, I don't care if he transfers. I think Bray will be the man by the end of this year then it will be a competition between him and Worley. Simms is just a warm body at this point. Nothing against Matt I hope he does well but I just don't see it.There is talk like he might be transferring back to the west coast, If he waits till JR year it will be the same thing happening this year.

From all the accounts I've heard his dad understands why they aren't rushing Bray on the field. I would think his dad would be more upset if they jeopardized his son's long term success by throwing him on the field too soon and risking injury. So is there any truth to the rumor of him possibly tranfer to a west coast school because of his dads impatient behavior and wanting to move back home.
