I honestly and wholeheartedly believe that Florida is in for a very bad season and I think that they will fire Will at the end of it.

They have maybe the nastiest D in the conference, perhaps better than Bama on D. New OC, new offense, return of injured starting QB, as well as 11 starters lost to injury last year. This has the makings of an upside team, not a downside team, which based on their record last year, nowhere to go but up honestly. They could pull an Auburn and really make a huge turnaround in one season. UF is a dark horse to win the East, not repeat last year's abortion.

That's why I can't get on board with the idea that we will beat them this year. A lot of people look at their record last year, but I look at the fact that they have top 5 talent and great defense. They won 11 games in 2012 with a very mediocre offense. In my eyes, if they hired the right OC, they will challenge for the East this season.

They could win the East, get SC at home, UGA on neutral field and return 11 lost starters from injury including QB. Plus the new OC likely improves the offense and the UF D may be tops in country let alone SEC, UF will make a charge in 14, too much talent for it to be not so.

So UT has a 70% chance to beat SC at their place, and the same chance (70%) to beat UK in Knoxville? Seems reasonable......not.

I didn't adjust the numbers for anything more than talent predictions.

And, they work 70% of the time regardless of venue. Or about 83% of the time for UT last year, as a baseline.

inb4 the mattress burning and "we'll finish no less than 3rd"

Seems fair to me.

Mizzou lost a boat load of starters and key players from a team not as good as their record. The love they're getting isn't deserved.
