faking injuries

Lol. At least youre honest. I'm sure the Rams have done the same thing at some point.

Isn't there a rule that if an injury occurs in the last 2 minutes, the team has to take a timeout or lose ten seconds, to prevent this from happening at critical parts of the game.

yes there is. applies to the last 2 minutes of each half

was created to prevent teams from feigning injuries to stop the clock (more time) near the ends of games

Oh yeah, I must be high if I dont believe bradford that they were saying "someone get down". Sorry call me skeptical, but Im not convinced that they were faking. JMO

Have you seen the footage? It's so obvious that it's comical.

It's also obvious that Ryan seacreast is gayer than Big Gay Al, but that hasn't been proven either.

Until the NFL mandates that referees are all physicians and mind readers, "obvious" will have to be the threshold.

Touché. So that brings me to another question, how do you police it? If there is no way to prove it how do they determine teams that are doing this? I think the timeout rule is a good one, but possibly they could expand it.

Lot of gray area, but it had to be addressed. Not sure if I agree with pulling draft picks either, but fines and suspensions are a good start

Roger Goodell's general solution regarding anything is to threaten to pull draft picks

Faking injuries only happens in soccer.

People are all over soccer players now that football players are getting caught taking a dive.
The football thing is a lot worse. Soccer players do it because they run non stop for two 45 minute halves. There are no time outs and they are only allowed three substitutions per game. Doesn't make it right, but that's a lot more understandable than a football player.
This has been going on for a long time, though, in all sports. Grant just needs to work on his acting skills. Those, maybe, were as bad as the soccer players'.

I remember Willie McGinest pulling this against the Colts when Edge was still there, the Colts got to like the one and he falls out like he had been shot then when they made the stops to win the game he sprints down field like he is in a race.
