Faux science of global warming doesn't pass legal scrutiny.

Your the guys who said I was stupid and would need to shake my cup? Right? Show me where I went personal? I didn't.

My point is, 75k earner, college kid, crx guy, don't make it personal.

Well, I tend not to take things on a message board personally, but you certainly took a shot at the "scientists" of the board by asserting that they don't understand how the world works.

This is hilarious. You don't have the ammunition of actual knowledge in relation to this issue, so:

1) You make a baseless point about the connection between the ozone layer and climate change (either due to a lack of understanding or intellectual dishonesty).

2) You get called out for it.

3) You fail to acknowledge whether it was ignorance or intellectual dishonesty, but claim that while others may have actual knowledge of the issue because they are "scientists" (which I assure you is not a prerequisite for actually understanding this issue), that they simply don't understand how the world really works.

4) You get called out for this weak "you might be book smart, but I am street smart" argument, including a joke that played on the word "street smart."

5) You then resort to .... let me get this straight...sig bets and challenges of whose car is nicer.

Yep...looks like you showed a lot of back bone there - way to step up and win a debate.

To be exact, I was going to bet that my wife's ring cost more than your car. I would win too. You think about that little man while you're calling me out. I called you out because you and Ip wanted to make this personal when I was trying to keep it non personal.

Most scientist don't. You guys and your lil bubble world prove that.

I'll think long and hard about that. Sound's like a great investment. I can understand why someone who has made arguments similar to those I've read from you would have to lay down a serious ring in order to secure a wife.

Alright IP, TT spilt the beans on his education. How smart are you in whatever you were smart in?:p

Please continue asserting our fantasy world when you brought a completely incorrect fantasy connection between global climate change and the thinning of the ozone layer into this thread to begin this discussion.

I had the wife and kids before we got married. I started my business when I was early 20's and didn't have the money for a wedding. I bought the ring when we finally got married about 8 years later as a thank you for sticking with me. Nice try though. Anyways, I gotta go. We're going swimming tomorrow due to all the unusually warm weather we're having here.

Congrats on getting a wife before getting married. That's an accomplishment.

That one is quite impressive to, but actually plausible. I'm crossing my fingers here that she is a stepsister.

Well done.

We were dating before my daddy and her mama married.

They beat us to the punch.

Makes for some funny looks and responses tho.:eek:hmy:

The measure of a man is not wealth. It never has been.

It must have taken one heck of a ring to make up for 8 years of this kind of stuff. I bet it was really big and shiny - kind of like the train I take to work. I knew you would like it!

Missed it. Not sure what you're wanting. My schooling history? Undergrad and master's in geography with a concentration in climate, working on a PhD (early stages)

Well done bro.

Thats a stout resume for your age.

My younger brother (25) has just finished his masters degree in Religious studies.

I got me a high school degree and called it a day.:)

What you leave high school with these days (speaking of us twenty-something folk) isn't enough.

I agree.

It depends on where you wanna go. I went to college for 2 years and worked on a farm to send myself to school. After 2 years I still had not found anything I wanted to do for 30 or 40 years.

10 years later I am a licensed Home Inspector, and own a Land Surveying and Home Inspection company with my brother and a friend.

Im in the 30 something crowd as of a year ago.
