Godsmack like two years ago.

I'll add that I saw Theory of a Deadman & Motley Crue at the Sommet Center and it was awesome!

Def Leopard was really good.

Going to see Metallica & Godsmack this fall in Nashville.

Call me a Homo, but Poison was a good concert, so much tail running around it was un believable.

I think you just named off Kenny Powers playlist.

For a single day show, I'd have to go with Lollapallooza 1992 which I saw at Lakewood in ATL. Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Ministry, Soundgarden, Jesus & Mary Chain, Stone Temple Pilots and Rage Against the Machine amongst others.

For a single headliner show I'd have to say either the Piedmont Post Festival with the Black Crowes in 1992 in Altanta or the Widespread Panic CD release party in Athens in 1998. Both of these shows were free, reported crowds near 100,000, and were complete free-for-alls. These shows were not a contrived environment. It was spontaneous, controlled chaos and the experience of being there was probably worth alot more than the musical value of the shows.

Way too many to list but one that stands out was the Alice Cooper show in Knoxville in 1979 with special guests AC/DC "With Bon Scott" and Kiss in 1979 with special guests Judas Priest was another good one....I won tickets to both those shows on WNOX radio....Ahhh the good ole days

I haven't been to many shows, but the Taste of Chaos 08 in Chicago was pretty good and Boston in 04 was great.

Was on beale street many years ago, having a beer or ten at BB King's. BB himself showed up and took the stage for about 20 minutes. Unannounced. Best show ever.
