Jimmy Spencer ragging on someone for aggressive/rough driving is about as hypocritical as it gets.

I agree , but that wasn't what I asked . Didn't Spencer go after Dale sr after that race ? Maybe he just ran into him after the race ?????

I think he drove up along side him after the checkered flag or something like that. I dunno if he approached him after the race when they were out of their cars or not.

87 Talledega summer race..Bill Elliott became Wild Bill.

I can remember that one as well.

Many fond memories at Talledega as a kid. Saw my first pair of Ta-Ta's there as a kid.

i think the same can be said for a lot of kids. it's certainly a different kind of place two weekends every year. good times.

I didn't realize that was the 87 race. It was pretty bad. We were about 20 yards and 15 rows back from where the fans got the worst of it. It was a pretty freak thing the way his car caught on the fencing putting it into a top spin.

2001 Cracker Barrel 500 - Kevin Harvick beats Jeff Gordon for his first career win and honors Dale Earnhardt Sr. The significance of the win and the emotions that came from it were unbelievable.

Good call! That was very emotional and I wasn't even a Sr fan.
But,I was at Daytona when Sr died sitting on the Superstretch. To this day I still see in my mind Mikey,Jr and then Sr driving by on the last lap heading for turn 3. Also the bottom of Tony Stewart's car flying in the air by me earlier that day!
