That is effin hilarious!! I know a lot of crossfitters, and this fits it to a T. I just wish they were would have mentioned 5 finger shoes!!

There was a guy in the gym the other day bragging about being a crossfit trainer. This guy was about 260 and completely out of shape, had cargo shorts on, a polo shirt, and 5 finger shoes. He and another were doing burpees, box jumps, etc. Then he started doing "kips", on about his 3rd one, his hands slipped off the pullup bar, and he was vertical at about 4' off the ground and landed flat on his back, and the floor was not padded there!! It was friggin hilarious!! He laid around for about 10 minutes and left...haven't seen him since!!

I like a lot of the CF exercises, and regularly do them, but most of these guys/gals take it way too far!!
 
This is the first time I've heard about crossfit, but I wear Vibram Five Fingers. Don't hate. They're super comfortable and have helped improve my posture, strengthen my tendons in my feet, and tone my thighs. I wear them at work all day. Knee and lower back pain have been all but eliminated. They took some getting used to and a lot of pain in my feet, but after about a week I can stand all day on concrete floors. The worst part about wearing them are the questions and comments from customers. They've all been good, but they're nonstop. The looks I get at the grocery store are the opposite, though.
