Trump is specifically asking the court to ensure that the more than 100 documents marked as classified are part of the special master’s review. The request, if granted, could bolster the former President’s attempt to challenge the search in court and have the documents returned to him.

Hmmmm.... I really doubt that the Court would entertain this, especially so narrow a request. They usually avoid issues -- even sensitive ones -- when they are inchoate and not ripe for full adjudication.

I note as well that the application for relief goes first to Clarence Thomas. But I really do think it will give the other members great pause to dive into this, at least now.

He is just distracting and putting everything off as long as possible. Even Cannon's ruling over both the special master AND appellate court (what a joke) will be over turned. It's just a matter of jumping through the hoops. He is throwing flaming hoops for the justice department to jump through like the circus side show he is. This is just the next flaming hoop coming at them. They got him dead to rights, and it's a matter of (how long can he keep it up)?

I'm hacking stumps out of the ground rn, but it just hit me that if this court had any merit at all, they would toss it. The main reason being, the same thing he is going to use (that the election was somehow stolen) is already going before a grand jury, in the my pillow man case.

I swear these attacks keep him moor (intended) relevant than if they just get him off the headline.
The MAGA movement will never go away, and they think killing the King will dissolve it.

They somehow think the populist politician is responsible for MAGA . They never see that populist candidates never create anything , they find what is already there and let the genie out of the bottle sort of speak .
