Pence is fully cooperating and knew they were coming. All of this is formality. They won't find anything of interest. The subpoena itself is a formality.

They're saying they found one additional doc. at the residence. Nothing to get excited about. It may even be intentional. I read comments from an insider who said people who feel they may be in danger from the case they are cooperating with sometimes request a subpoena and such to make it look like they are having their hand forced. Probs what's happening here. Really, Pence is fully cooperating with authorities.

The answer to your question is :

Yes. It is highly suspicious that Joe Biden told lies about his son's business ventures. They should both be investigated for them, with hearings held before Congress.

Now, will one of you do something other than deflect, and answer my question :

If the June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower was a "nothingburger", as is often said on here, then why did both Donald Trump Jr. and Donald Trump Sr. lie about the purpose of the meeting and who was in attendance at that meeting?

I find it suspicious as hell, and I think it justified the Mueller probe.

Generally speaking, Trump lies. He embellishes, he exaggerates, he flat out makes crap up and he’s full of himself and a stinky brown substance.

What I seriously don’t get, and I’m not playing the whataboutism game as I would bring up Schiff if I were, is why is Trump trying to get dirt on Hillary at that meeting bad if Hillary actually got made up dirt from Steele and used it but that’s ok? What am I missing? Do I buy Trump’s BS about turning it over if the lady had dirt? Nope. He’s FOS. But why was it ok for Hillary to actually do what Trump was accused of in that meeting? So, putting Hillary aside, if it is a problem to get dirt at that meeting as Dems said it was then Trump likely got lucky that there wasn’t actually dirt to get.

The funding of the Steele dossier was not okay.

Both the 2016 Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee assisted with it's funding, and then failed to make the appropriate disclosures in campaign finance reports. However, in March of 2022, both the 2016 Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee were fined by the Federal Election Commission for this. The 2016 Hillary Clinton Campaign was fined $8K and the DNC was fined $105K. So, at least to a tiny extent, there was some accountability.

That meeting at Trump Tower was not okay either ... and they lied about it.

Personally it was dirt, and that happens every single day by politicians with foreign and nationals.

Been reading up this evening, and so far Jack Smith has had Frumpy's secretary of homeland security, as well as his personal lawyers in interviews for hours. They have handed over multiple documents, folders (including an EMPTY one called "top secret evening briefing"), and a laptop. Jack Smith is not waisting tax payer money. He is moving.

Hey @lawgator1 what happened why did you get so quiet? Trump shouldn’t have had them, but neither should Puddinhead. They both offered excuses and blocked. This exchange started on Pence. The only one of the three that acted proactively based in the current environment and invited the DOJ to search for anything he shouldn’t have. In your haste to be all ButTrump why not also a ButPuddinhead? Hey they were both in the wrong… right?

Where did Biden "block" access or retrieval ? In fact, it was his team that affirmatively called the archive to let them know that docs had been found.

As opposed to turning down requests to return documents.

Oh I see the error. It’s you. I was speaking about Pence when you interjected your usual “but Trump”. Look clown I’m not going to defend Trump and I’m also calling out Biden knowing that you can’t acknowledge that. And you clearly can’t. I’ll say it again. Pence is the only one to get this right and once again shows that since Nov 2020 of the four people closest to the office of president since that time he’s the only one suited for it. And nobody will vote for him ahead of the other three clowns. That also is both sad and hilarious just as I labeled your TDS at the start of this exchange.
