1) this "accident" occurred shortly after there was a request by the prosecutor for the surveillance video.

2) the phone of the worker who did this has been seized.

3) the worker has been questioned.

Depends on what he was convicted of. Max is a capital or life felony situation. Minimum seems to be misdemeanor obstruction. The latter would be simple probation.

The former. Well, some approach would be necessary. I actually think any POTUS at that time would pardon him anyway. But I also think at this point that everyone in the know in DC recognizes Trump is toxic. A new third rail of politics.

It is actual election interference of a Presidential candidate, just as they accused Trump during the perfect call.
Thing is, dems don't have any restraint and one day, just like the nuke option which cost them a SCOTUS majority, are going to regret it. That is if he is convicted and violence doesn't rip this nation apart.
