I would have to agree with you on that.

One poll done over the weekend says Trump's post indictment numbers increased his lead over DeSantis to 38 percentage point. Being a loyal Trump soldier won't cut into his deficit, he has to differentiate himself. Besides the real MAGA voters aren't leaving Trump so why try to keep them happy.

DeSantis would do well to try and capture the independent and moderate right. He went full retard in trying to emulate Donny here in Florida after even having Dems root for him for his handling of Covid. He's destroyed every bit of goodwill he had in Florida since then.

Seriously to your question, I think by PRA that yes..but by past judicial rulings and comments by Judge Jackson..no. She stated that Congress needed to address the ambiguities and certainly had no problem exonerating Bill.
It certainly wasn't applied to Hills or Biden. Hills actually destroyed information and as President, Joe for petes sake had hundreds of thousands laying around his garage and elsewhere that took weeks to find. Plus a President is purvey to just about anything and still maintains security clearance out of office. You cannot erase their minds.

I agree about Trump. The comparison to Biden and Obama is not accurate. They both cooperated trump actively fought the return of the materials. He's on tape admitting he doesn't have the power that some claim he does. Now, Hillary getting a pass is down right inexcusable. But two wrongs don't make a right. And is anyone really shocked that the Clinton's get special treatment?

The reaction to DeSantis was predictable, he’s the second favorite to get the nomination so you all go full attack mode. Racist, sexist, homophobe, nazi, KKK member, fascist etc… all the normal stuff. If Tim Scott or any other R were in the same position they would be getting the same treatment from you far left radicals

I don't know the specifics of what Hillary is accused of; but based on the allegations I've seen, it seems like Donny was actively trying to conceal what he had and lied to investigators. If the situations are similar they should both be indicted.
