Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

100%. They woulda died anyway. No doubt.

Maybe, maybe not. But they weren't killed during an insurrection, which is what you stated.

I think they all summarize it with some version of ..........because Trump was/is a horrendously despicable human.

And they once again, probably could not give you a single example of why.

Biden and Trump are both pedos....

Not sure how so many people defend a president JUST BECAUSE he presents their side🙄.

And they get so passionate about it. Not nearly enough critical thinking going on in this country. The world really.

No, he didn't. Him not doing that is one the biggest reasons why some in his base want DeSantis. That and lacking the ability to legislate.

Sure thing.

It had nothing to do with him being human garbage, not at all. No. noooo.

Well..I would think his opinion has changed. In fact, that was one of my biggest disappointments. Trump is a panderer to his base and his massive ego of being liked got in the way his first term with trying to compromise with his opponents, aka immigration. He accomplished nothing the first two years because both parties despised him. A man that DC hates is a man I want in office..Your JoJo would suffer the same
I bet he wouldn't again.

Anyone who votes for Donald or Joe again, get what they deserve.

They are opposite sides of the same steaming turd.

When ya'll stop arguing over which piece of the turd stinks less, Rome will have already fallen.

Aside from your feelings being hurt which of Trump’s policies did you not agree with?

Will soon be added to the heap of excommunicated RINOs.

Turley is right. All classified material belongs to the US government. If Trump wanted to take it then he should have declassified it while he was still in office since all classification authority rests with the office of the President … but not the individual. Thus he had no expectation of ownership upon leaving office.

When the claim was made by the archives people months ago I was wondering how this would all end. It would appear we now know.

I was reading some on the Presidential records act, damn near all documents, emails, calendars, notes ext are "classified" at some level and have to be turned over to the National Archives and they decide what is personal or not. The President leaving office can designate certain items to stay out of the public for 10-12 years (something like that) but the incoming president can nix that at anytime.

You mean do the exact same things he did the first time around? I dont remember him doing much swamp draining.

If by chance Trump is elected again (hope not) maybe he will be better prepared and have the right team around him to move his agenda forward. Hopefully he won't be the dog that caught the car this time.

Maybe he'll weaponize the DOJ since it is now okay .

Our tax dollars funding endless investigations.

The Bar Association approves this message.

I doubt it. He hasnt shown any procivility to surrounding himself with effective people at a government level. If anything he just pisses off the political class he needs to get anything done.

And he doesnt care about getting any of it done. He is there to feed his ego and expand his brand. And just like any other politician he is a professional campaigner, not a professional statesman/legislature/executive. No interest in actually running this country or making improvements. It doesnt serve his best interest to actually do the stuff he sells in his campaign lies. He just pushes the most ridiculous stuff his base will buy that Congress will never do and play the me against them victim card for another 4 years.

Yep. That’s above and beyond the laws dealing with regular old classified information too. But even without the PRA amplifier there would be no expectation of personal retention of anything actually marked classified.

I do think this situation is a Pandora’s Box. This Genie cannot be put back in the bottle but the creation of the whole situation rests with the original removal of the documents

not sure any President has a team ready for day 1 speeches of going to Washington to impeach the M’fer. Or the MSM that pushed against his Presidency daily to keep the divide.

It depends on the documents. Heck Obama had a pissing match with the NAs over what he left office with, this isn't the first case of a POTUS giving them the bird. Just the first case of an AG using it for political purposes.

Press says he took classified documents and the mouth-breathers go to "he must have taken the nuclear codes", they have no clue on how many levels of classified their are.

I am sure tampering with evidence would be illegal.
Trump leaving docs in a box in his seldom housed residence. Play him for a dummy...but he aint dumb.

Trump had no plan on election night because he didn't think he was going to win.

Everything is classified. America is a bastion of transparency.
FOIA's and years later truth comes out and it is like ancient history and nobody cares...aka Pee Tape. The narrative is more important than the truth.
