There are enough safeguards in place to keep this from being what people are making it out to be that I’m not assuming it’s a cause for concern, but they’ve been skirted enough times and there are some weird things, so I’m not assuming everything is on the up and up.

I have no problem with the FBI inquiring about it. I don't like the optics of how it was done. So I will withhold judgment until I learn what level DJT and his attorneys were cooperating. If they weren't then yes this is appropriate.

No one said Biden orchestrated the raid. What was said was that no way was the WH not consulted given the potential political ramifications.

By all accounts the issue is that Trump took documents from the WH he was not supposed to take. Boxes of them. And then he has KNOWINGLY and INTENTIONALLY refused to return them despite many lawful requests that he do so.

You know when they executed the search warrant they did it in plain clothes to make it less humiliating, right? And Trump had been repeatedly asked to return all of the records he took in violation of the Presidential Records Act. He didn't it.

Sorta like how you guys love saying if the black guy had just complied with instructions the cops gave him, they wouldn't have gotten rough with him. Trump didn't return what the law required him to return. He was asked to return it. He didn't.
