The producer of the controversial anti-Islam film “Innocence of Muslims” has been arrested for violating terms of his probation and is set for a court appearance this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.

Investigators have not yet provided details about how Nakoula allegedly violated probation, but it seems clear that his involvement in the “Innocence of Muslim” production is central to the government's claim.

Feds Arrest Producer Of Controversial Anti-Islam Film On Probation Violation Charge | The Smoking Gun

Arrested FOR WHAT?!?!?!

Laying the groundwork for a crack-down on TALK RADIO.

What is he charged with? “Slander” isn’t a criminal offense.

More to it now. Supposedly part of probation was can't use Internet and have to use real name and never an alias. He used Internet and an alias for film.

He broke the law, got caught, punished, then broke the law for violating the terms of aforementioned punishment.

Is the OP saying he supports selective law and order?

What did he do originally where he couldn't use the Internet or use an alias? We use aliases all day long. Should I be scared? :cray:

Long story short, if somebody commits a crime in a us embassy we cannot go into that country to deliver punishment (legally)

All I'm asking is maybe the FBI heads over there to you know maybe collect some evidence. Or maybe the FBI could just have CNN collect evidence for them

The are holding this guy without bond btw. Seems a bit extreme
