Final game of the season

In all seriousness though, the game against them this year is no joke. We should absolutely beat them, and soundly. That said, what we should do and do are not always the same.. as we know.

They have some momentum, having beaten Kentucky/Florida, are fighting for bowl eligibility, we are their last chance, beating us makes any season great for them, and have been really good at generating turnovers this year.

They will show up ready to give us their best I suspect. Hopefully we do the same.

I don't think a fast start was ever more important than it would be this week. A quick stop, get the ball and a quick score. Then do it again.
A slow start tomorrow might be fatal.

George Cafego needs to come back and talk to you people.
Coach Cafego needs to come back and teach proper kicking. For the life of me I don't know why they don't teach coffin corner punting. In the Georgia game the announcers were practically orgasmic with that UGA punt that put us on our own 1 and it was dumb luck that it happened. But.... nah... let's punt it into the endzone stands and give it to them on the 20 every time.

Tennessee has rivals within the SEC that more than compensate for in-state rivalries.
Yes, 'bama-Auburn/Georgia-Ga.Tech/Florida-FSU/UK-Louisville etc... are intriguing from a
distance and get lots of media attention; which is fun.
But-as I travel the South, it seems Floridians, Georgians, 'bammers, and even Kentuckians
have a special dislike for the Vols, despite instate rivals. Point is-rivalries need more than
state borders to create intensity and ol' fashioned "hate".

I have ol' fashioned hate for every team we play. Some more than others, but I hate 'em all.
