So when we had a runner on 2nd with 2 out and we needed Leach to hit, she slapped. When she's up with 2 outs and nobody on and we need a baserunner, she hits away? I'm confused. She's not a likely extra base hit candidate. She has 7 doubles in 60 games

Holcomb doesn't seem to be able to fix it. India has worked with her. When the adrenaline is pumping, she defaults. The coaches need to PH for her when it's a critical AB. They knew the umps were calling it today and they knew she would step out and they took an auto-out we couldn't afford to take.
