Martin will be with us for 5 years unless there has been a real change in the philosophy at UT. Wade Houston was with us for 5 years. His won loss record was attrocious (65 Wins 90 losses).

This is stupid. There have been multiple coaches since Houston who haven't been here for 5 seasons.
