Yes. He is responsible. The precious play was a long play which resulted I our kids being winded. Just like Butch Jones against UF a couple of years ago, a timeout should have been called to let the defense catch their breath and get right personnel on field. This is coaching 101. Cut Pruitt tomorrow and promote Tee Martin. We need some orange blood back leading the Big orange.

Why does it have to be a "her"? Maybe one of our male cheerleaders played a little highscool ball. Or middle school.....I'd say if if he played any of either he probably wouldn't be any worse than JG 😛

I did not expect an immediate turnaround but some improvement which would create optimism within the program and fanbase. What we have now is a complete disaster with zero hope of a turnaround.

I don't know, I thought the guys were called something else. Hey, I've got an idea, since the season is 100% shot, let's go with one of our freshman QBs. I like JG, but he doesn't have it, I'm afraid. Ball snaps, he freezes. Deer in the headlights.

THIS TIMES A MILLION!!! I can stand by him for all other issues besides possbily trying to stick with 5-6 guys on the OL to build some continuity

Look I understand the kid made a mistake, but Pruitt has to burn a timeout there. Pruitt is done. UT is not going to get behind this guy. Maybe we win against UTC, but we will be 1-6 in a few.

Really, it is hard for you to admit what Pruitt knew when he took this job. Tennessee was a DUMP SITUATION and it was gonna take some time to fix, heck he is way smarter and in touch with reality than most you jackasses calling for his firing. Fulmer knew it also. Reality is, history has repeated itself, we hired Neyland to beat Vandy when we were terrible, it took him about 3 years to get us going, same here, our program was in terrible shape, we lucked into Pruitt, get over your butt hurt selves, we are a dumpster fire that has shown a spark of life tonight but still has a long way to go, Pruitt will get us ressurrected and we will be fine. He is the closest thing we have had to a real concept Tennessee coach since Fulmer, hard nosed, blocking, tackling, special teams , physical team. We just have 3 types of players right now, hard nosed, young, and daisies, the dasies are fading fast but they are all we have in some cases and some have left the team, the young ones are gonna make mistakes but will learn and be fine and the hard nosed, well you saw them bring it tonight.
We will be fine, just gonna take some time.

Yeah, because JG missing two opportunities for easy TDs, having a tipped pass that could have been picked end up being a lucky TD (aside of effort on JJ's part), staring down a receiver and throwing into triple coverage straight to a defender to change the momentum of the game, and staring down all receivers all night wasn't an issue at all. It was all on the D. Yeah, right, when you get sober and a clue, we will all welcome you back here!!! LOL

I personally don't care what him or any of the other guys have done before this year because something ain't either he's not being allowed to Coach or he is doing the play calling either way the last to weeks have been pitiful Sorry. I was at the spring game and was like maybe they don't want to show anything well I'm still waiting to see this great offense we got players JJ is a best Ty is a home run back Gray is exciting to watch and the Oline is getting better sorry not sorry

You can only do so much with a QB who is always a second too late when throwing the ball.
