Fire Sankey

Yes and the reason is fan support. What happens when the fans stop buying your turd burgers? The game is beginning to lack credibility in the SEC.
If you want the fans to buy a better burger, you must build a better burger. Ain't happening and nobody in the SEC is going to leave for a turd burger jr, when the turd burger they have is a money printing machine. And BTW, how do you think you'd like some of that ACC officiating on the road in basketball? And it's also the same as it ever was. The teams pulling in the bucks have always gotten the calls. Iows, you don't take the ball out of Jordan's hands with a game on the line because he took an extra half step.

no one person should have that much power over several schools need more of a three to four person commite.
Nick Saban says “hold my Beer”!

He said he’ll fire Sankey when he gets good and ready!

Sankey is know to do whatever he can to keep the SEC at the top of the National rankings. He is willing to sacrifice other teams to keep the teams he think are the best to keep them with the best stats possible. The other teams can fight it out for the last 10-12 positions.

I agree with most of the posts in this thread. I do believe that the officiating in the SEC has been compromised. I believe that it has been this way for a while. Improvements in technology, camera angles, and replay have helped bring the obvious bias front and center. The SEC Commissioner is voted on and selected by the Presidents and Chancellors of each conference university. The payouts for each school are equal across the board (revenue sharing) and as long as the money continues to flow, none of them are going to complain. Also, it’s no surprise that the person currently serving as President of the SEC alongside commissioner Sankey is none other than University of Alabama President, Stuart Bell. This is even more reasoning that the SEC office must be moved out of Birmingham.
