I agree with you about hoping Ohio State wins big. If it’s a close game either way (and especially if Michigan wins), there will be a BIG push to put both teams in the playoff. Too many people are taking it for granted that a loss will eliminate one of them. If it’s a close game, just watch what happens. I’d like to think the committee will be unbiased but I firmly believe there will be all sorts of pressure to “spread the wealth” and have only one SEC team in the playoff. Hope I’m wrong.That is the reason Im pulling for Ohio St to beat Michigan badly,put them out of the picture completely!
Our 3 remaining opponents are pretty bad. If we lose to any of them we should be grateful for whatever bowl we get.All of these threads have a common theme which is somewhat bothersome to me and that is the presumption that we win all of our remaining games. All of these scenarios make little difference if we do not take care of business. I fully expect this team to succeed but the next three weeks will let us all know both the quality and character of this team.
