I just hope Arkansas doesn't beat them this week. I want them in the top 10 when we smash them on ESPN.

For the past several years, everybody has been a pain in our azz.

A win would allay some valid concerns that fans have about the in-game coaching ability of this staff. The effort and the statistics of the Georgia were fine, but it was still a loss. Next to Georgia and Western Kentucky, the other 4 games this season weren't at that level expected of Tennessee football.

You weren't concerned after the second half of the South Alabama game? I thought the second half adjustments in the Georgia game were great. I know this is the first year for this staff, and they have been killing it in recruiting, but a continuation of the play in the second half of the Georgia game, coupled with the fact that USCe is probably not as good as Georgia, makes this game winnable.

Execution is the key word, you can be the greatest strategist to live but if not executed properly you begin to look incompetent.

I'm hoping we give the ol' Ball Coach good reason to solidify his nickname: Steve Slurrier when he's doing his game show that next morning.

The state of texas has gained notoriety for that very thing.
Seriously , the offense should improve game by game.

I was watching a different offense in the 2nd half of the GA. game than I was watching against US of A. I expect the prior to be out in full force against USC.

You saw a different defense in the second half of the Georgia game as well; one that controlled the line of scrimmage and got the ball back for the offense to have more opportunities. The offence moved the ball and allowed the defense to rest. It plays off one another and it matters. I hope the team can grow and get better together; they are starting to find playmakers, Vereen on D-Line and Pig on offense.

The old "snap your fingers and make it happen" philosophy. It just doesn't jive.
