'21 FL CB De’Shawn Rucker (Tennessee signee)

Wallace said it late on Friday...
It has to be Rucker, and Brown based on what the insiders are saying..
I just have no clue who the other 4 star is.
Watch them drop 3 commitments on our a*s tomorrow, or do they go Rucker tommw, Brown on Monday, and the surprise on Tuesday?
Could be Terrion Arnold, but idk. Kamar has been on him the past few days.

From Instagram it sounds like Arnold is going to be with Rucker when he announced. I didn't my think he announces today but that has to be good for the Vols. Arnold is my favoriten DB recruit that we are after this cycle

As far as guys we currently are in good shape with, mine too. I really really hope he was the other guy mentioned.

Wonder why they would tell them to wait

Maybe to spread out the commits so we stay in the news cycle longer? On one hand I don’t think Pruitt would care about something like that but maybe for the purposes of momentum the coaches want to do it this way.

You don’t tell a back like Brown to wait nor do you tell a talent like Rucker to wait
I don't think so either but I was more thinking maybe Arnold or Brown? But then again I would take their commit right now while they couldn't take any other visits and have em shut it down

I mentioned yesterday that Grant and I had been hearing a lot of buzz about Tennessee and DB target De'Shawn Rucker of Tallahassee, Fla. I've spoken with two sources today who said Rucker is trending toward the Vols, and with an announcement possibly coming — Rucker hinted Saturday on Instagram that he might be doing something today — I've made a Crystal Ball prediction for Tennessee to land him.
We've heard from sources over the weekend who have indicated Rucker is close to making a decision. But even if he doesn't make an announcement this weekend, we think Tennessee has put itself firmly in the driver's seat at this point despite his visits to Clemson and Florida State in early March just before the start of the dead period.
