Miami is only good because they hit on grad transfer Qb. He masked a lot of issues they still had talent wise at other levels on team. They are another year or 2 from being able to play with the teams that are more talented. It’s like when Chizik signed Cam. Cam hid all the other issues and once he was gone then chizik failed.

If I knew that JG was going to be our defacto, unquestioned starter (not that I should have been surprised), I'd have been1 upset that we didn't take a chance on a ham sandwich over what we ended up with.

I wasn't shocked we went with JG, but I was shocked we stuck with him for so long.
