No its not. Do you see all the NFL and College teams rejecting Nike's godawful "modern" designs? See Bucs, Tampa Bay and Browns, Cleveland. The Orange and White is iconic. Its our identity. Why throw that away for some pointless black uniform garbage? Black has nearly nothing to do with UT (yes Im aware of the one black uni from the 1920s, but theres a reason black was never worn again at UT until one ill fated night with Lane). Stick with our colors, the colors people know means Tennessee. You "traditionalists " need to adapt to change!!! This is the future of sports. These uni's are tight!!!
Nobody is throwing away tradition by wearing a black jersey one freaking game.No its not. Do you see all the NFL and College teams rejecting Nike's godawful "modern" designs? Farrell’s take: FACT. The Vols are doing quite well and recent commits from players like Dylan Brooks, Julian Nixon and Kamar Wilcoxson and many more to come, but the commitment of Lewis, an elite player from Florida, will open things up even more. Lewis is a talkative and well-liked kid among 2021 recruits and he will be certain to work hard to attract other Vols. Combine that with the efforts of Wilcoxson and others and this Vols class has a ton of guys working hard to make it special.
Gorney’s take: FACT. Tennessee is doing an absolutely incredible job recruiting through the coronavirus travel ban - maybe better than any team in the country - and Lewis should help in a big way. He’s going to talk up the South Florida kids considering the Volunteers, and once he and others can get on campus, Lewis could do an excellent job swaying kids to Tennessee. Even if this is the pinnacle of the Tennessee recruiting class for a while, the Vols are in excellent position and coach Jeremy Pruitt and his staff deserve tons of credit.

We whooped SC in a monsoon. Turned them over at least once or twice on their side of the field in the first, and I am pretty sure that's also when Montarrio Hardedty had the sweet AF spin move.
-Farrell (cat)Terrence Lewis, the top-ranked outside linebacker in the 2021 class, racked up 105 tackles (77 solo), nine sacks and three interceptions during his junior campaign for Miami Northwestern, which is fresh off another class 5A state championship as well. He’s moved schools but should have a big year (assuming we have football) and we will likely move him to ILB.
